I’m Matt (Mateusz) Mierzwinski

I was born in Poland but in 2018 moved to Bay Area in US Golden State – California.

What I do is IT. Professionally I’m a Senior Engineering Manager (Sr Manager, Manager II) who directs Software Development projects and custom solution innovation for leading corporate enterprises.

What I do is build and manage high-performing technical teams specialized in Software Engineering, quality code, and performant, lean-based delivery. My expertise focuses on partnering with customers to define world-class solutions to their most challenging problems.

The added value I bring to the table is that I am committed to cross-functional engagement across product, operation, data and engineering teams, as well as with executive stakeholders, which is supported by more than 30 successfully delivered projects and very positive feedback from managers, peers, and customers I worked with.

During my 16+ years of experience I was able to build and grow leadership organizations and managing 40+ technical and non-technical employees.
